Your purchase of goods from Apex Trading Group is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. By purchasing our good/s, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions including our warranty and returns policies.
While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.
All pictures contained within this website are for illustration purposes only.
All measurements specified in our product description include the thickest, widest and tallest part of the product and material used i.e checker plate, wheels etc.
We do not provide refund on product/s if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect choice.
For any returns, good/s must be returned in its original condition and unused. Apex Trading Group will not be responsible for expenses in getting products to or from their premises.
Apex Trading Group's warranty period is 12 months and is valid from the date of original purchase. All warranty claims are assessed with consideration to general wear and tear. The person/s submitting the warranty claim must be the original purchaser.
It is recommended that at the time of pick up or delivery, the buyer inspect the good/s immediately to ensure they are completely satisfied with the quality and content of the product.
If within the warranty period, the buyer believes an item is faulty, they must return the item to the Apex Trading Group store, where it will be assessed. Depending on the fault, Apex Trading Group will repair the product using new or re-furbished parts of the same standard; or offer a replacement of the same item of similar condition to the original.
If the Apex Trading Group badge is removed from the toolbox or there is evidence of repair/s, modification/s or alteration/s attempted or made to any of the product/s without the approval of Apex Trading Group, this could void the product's warranty.
Where an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or improper maintenance/installation, Apex Trading Group cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair.
Apex Trading Group will not take any responsibility for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the product.
Apex Trading Group is not directly liable for any loss, theft or damages caused by defect of the product. Apex Trading Group will not be responsible for any costs or expenses relating to the repair/replacement of the product/s involved in such instances.
For products that are water and/or weather-resistant, warranty only applies under normal rain and storm conditions (excludes heavy downfall such as hailstorms, thunderstorms or hurricanes).
For the powder coat range, there is no waranty on paintwork. It is recommended that paintwork be inspected at the time of purchase in store. The condition of the powder coat is accepted by buyer at the time of purchase as is.
Apex Trading Group cannot be held liable for any damage caused during transit unless transit insurance has been purchased.
- If insurance has been purchased, any damage must be reported to Apex Trading Group within 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by photos. A claim will then be made with the courier company.
- All packaging must be kept and the damaged product/s is to remain unused as the transit company may wish to salvage the item/s as part of their claim process.
- Otherwise, good/s must be returned to the Apex Trading Group store at the buyer’s expense. We will then send a replacement of the same product at our expense. Transport costs are not included/covered in claims with Apex Trading Group or the courier companies engaged.
- Transit insurance does not cover damage to paintwork for the powder coated toolbox range.
